DRESS DESIGN

The dress is sleeveless and comes with a round neckline. The design is simple with perfect lines of 1920s fashion. Each side of the skirt has three tiers of ruffles. A small hand-rolled hem is used for the ruffles to allow them to flow and drape freely.

The dress is fully lined with soft breathable rayon fabric, has no zipper and can be slipped on through the head. Thanks to its loose-fitting design. Professionally and neatly hand-crafted with great attention to small details.

The dress length is a couple of inches below the knee or depending on your height. Check length details below for each size. Please note that because of its drop waist, the dress will look less flattering or less correct if you are a lot shorter or taller than the person’s height recommended for each size. In that case, we recommend ordering a custom size. There are no extra charges for the customization. Contact us for this.

NB: The accessories (necklace, gloves, hats) are not included in the listing.

SIZES

The dress is available in 4 regular sizes, S, M, L, XL, and custom sizes for up to person's bust of 48 inches. The measurements of bust, waist and hips below are of a person’s BODY, not the dress itself.

Bust - circumference of the fullest part of your breasts with bra on (not bra size)
Waist - circumference of natural waist, about 1-2 inches above belly button
Hips - circumference of lower hips at the fullest part of your bum.
Height - taken with no shoes on

CUSTOMIZATION

Make sure you know your 'exact' body measurements, which have been measured correctly as instructed in the Size Chart. If you are between sizes send us your measurements and height. We will help consider whether you need a custom size. Most of the time we encourage you have your clothes customized to your body measurements and height so that they fit well, correctly and are body flattering. And you will look great and feel confident in them. We offer custom orders of up to person's bust of 48”. There are no extra fees for size customization. However, a custom item cannot be returned for refund or exchange. Please contact us first if you would like a custom item before placing your order.

CARE

Hand wash, or machine wash in a washing bag in cool water (30C). Hang to dry and iron with medium heat.

It’s $30 to return and quickly STINKS from body heat

Original review about $30 return below, but since it cost to return I gave it to my husband. He’s a hot sleeper so other than this pillow we’ve switched to all cotton, linen or wool bedding and it’s made a huge difference. (Polyester is plastic so it reflects your heat back to you and makes you sweat more and doesn’t breathe.) I truly would not have kept this pillow except $30 felt like a waste just to return and he got excited about it. So okay, it’s his. Well I’m the laundry queen in our household (he does all dishes) and I realized very quickly this pillow would need to be washed OFTEN. Like, once a week is NOT enough. Something about body heat and this material smells HORRIBLE. Washing it is obviously not easy, so I handwash the outer layer of the pillow with a very gentle soap (bought for silk). And then it has to hang dry. It doesn’t matter. I can clean it perfectly, no smell remaining whatsoever, but after two nights, it’s so strong I can smell it JUST STANDING NEAR THE BED. Look. I mentioned my hubs sleeps hot, sure. But he’s hygienic. This should not be such an issue. It’s never been an issue with any other pillows. The smell doesn’t even smell like him or like B.O. or anything. It’s awful and legitimately churns my stomach. But can I throw out the stupid $200 thing? Noooo. Now he’s attached. And I’m spending hours of my life each week washing it to keep from feeling sick sleeping near it at night. And to avoid having wasted $200. Hate this thing. DON’T BUY THIS STUPID PILLOW. Dropping from 2 stars to 1 Because of the smell. Original review: I thought I could buy this and see if the height would work for me. It didn’t, and pinched my neck instead. But now the *only* way to return it is to ship through UPS (not return to the UPS Store or Kohl’s or Whole Foods, which would be free). I was going to return it and try a different size, but such a high price just to *try* it is not worth it to me. I’ve returned much larger (defective) items in the past without hassle or cost (like an entire heavy duty garage shelf with broken pieces). Had I known, I would not have ordered in the first place, so I hope this saves someone else. As for the pillow itself, it was unique, but I couldn’t even really lay my head on it for more than a moment until I had let it air out for more than a week. It REEKED upon arrival. My husband said it smelled like ozone, and my brother compared it to the inside of an airplane. It burned my throat if I tried to lay on it for more than about 30 seconds at a time. Two and a half weeks later, the smell is still slightly there. So even if it was comfy for me, I would not keep this pillow.

I do have to update my experience. This still is a very comfortable pillow, it's just I can't sleep with it under my head (it's now my hug pillow). After using for 2 weeks, I developed severe neck spasms. Pillows are very individulized and as it turns out, I probably need a firmer pillow than this "highly" comfortable pillow can offer. It's not as cooling as my old memory foam pillow with the gel layer but it stays cool long enough that I don't have to move the pillow around to be comfortable before falling asleep. It's surprising lightweight. I like it much more than any memory foam I've ever had. The best news was that within a few days my headaches and neck pain have improved by 80%. I am really very impressed with the quality of this pillow. It is softer than I anticipated but still firm enough to keep my head elevated giving me perfect spine alignment and great support. It truly is the MOST COMFORTABLE supportive Pillow I have ever slept on! The smell is only minor at It's worst and has nearly disappeared after just 4 days. It is a mild latex smell but definitely NOT petroleum. It's in the moderate price range at ~$100 and worth every cent. High value for the price. I really really like this pillow and highly recommend it. Big fan! Might irder a 2nd as a backup if it doesn't last but it's so well made I feel that won't be a problem.
